Tuesday, 16 March 2010 22:26

After a lengthy (healthy?) hiatus, ABC's FlashForward returns this Thursday with a new two-hour episode, "Revelation Zero." For those of you who might have forgotten a few of the puzzle pieces or labyrinthine details of this sci-fi series, you can catch the FlashForward one-hour recap special, "What Did You See?" tonight (Tuesday) at 10pm after Lost. You can also run out and buy FlashForward - Season One: Part One on DVD to watch the first 10 episodes.

We have decided to hit you all with quick rundown of what's happened so far for those of you who might be drawing a blank about Suspect Zero, D. Gibbons or that Instant Crow-Death graphing program for Windows Vista.

Dominic Monaghan On Set Video Interview FLASHFORWARD E-mail
Tuesday, 16 March 2010 22:25

If you're a fan of ABC's FlashForward, you're about to be very happy. That's because the show is finally coming back with new episodes this week and I've got a few on set interviews with the cast to help promote the show. Up first Dominic Monaghan.

On FlashForward, Monaghan plays Dr. Simon Campos. He's the partner of Lloyd Simcoe (Jack Davenport) and he may have been responsible for the worldwide blackout. Of course with a show like FlashForward - where nothing is as it seems - it's hard to tell if Monaghan really is responsible, or if he's just a pawn in someone else's game.

Coming to FlashForward: James Callis as a "Strange Guy" E-mail
Friday, 12 March 2010 21:49

The Science Fiction fandom has been abuzz since ABC announced that James Callis had been cast in a pivotal role on FlashForward.  Callis’s performance as Gaius Baltar on Battlestar Galactica was legendary, Baltar was multi-faceted – playboy, scoundrel, traitor, religious leader, and surprisingly, hero – and much to Callis’s credit, every angle of Gaius was believable as individual shades of one morally complex individual.  Following up a character like Balater wouldn’t be easy, but from what I learned today Callis may have found a part on FlashForward that makes for a suitable encore.

Seth MacFarlane Returns to FlashForward E-mail
Thursday, 11 March 2010 22:20

If you actually watch FlashForward and went "huh?" when reading the title of this post, you're not alone. Back when FlashForward debuted with it's pilot episode there was an FBI agent who some of you might have noticed sounded an awful lot like Brian, the dog from the Family Guy. Even fewer of you might have recognized MacFarlane in his cameo role during the pilot episode. Well, according to MacFarlane himself, he'll be returning to FlashForward before the end of the season.

So has the Family Guy creator, and creator of other hits such as The Cleveland Show and American Dad given up on his creator status and decided to follow an acting bug? "I didn't set out to do that," MacFarlane said. "It's something that popped up. My friend Brannon Braga is one of the co-creators, and he called me and asked if I wanted to do it, and I said, 'Sure, sounds fun. I loved the pilot script, and it's going to be a great show, so I'm happy to be involved.'"
