Creator David Goyer Reveals Some 'Flash Forward' Spoilers E-mail
Friday, 08 January 2010 12:52
flash-forward-mark1.jpg
With more than three months away until the return of Flash Forward, we're going to need all the TV sustenance we can get.  Luckily the Internet has been helpful with the videos and the details of what's to come in March.  That's not to mention the spoilers posted and the speculations fans have, and even the series' creators own words.

Flash Forward certainly has a giant pot of clues to go on, and not all of them can be seen on Mark Benford's corkboard.  He may be doing his own investigation, but that doesn't stop us from working on the evidence and scouring the web for more hints.

Spoilers below!

It's going to be a looooong wait until March, so for every bit of news we unearth about Flash Forward there's got to be some cosmic compensation for it.  At least we hope so.  Or maybe hearing about what to expect when the show returns is enough to satisfy us, because that's all we really have.

One of the series' writers, Scott Gimple, dished out details regarding the second half of Flash Forward's first season to TV.com.  He talked about what's to come next year, in addition to discussing the very mysterious kangaroo we keep seeing and what they plan for the big reveal.  Gimple did his best to avoid any spoilers though, so we deem his words safe.

We're scratching our heads and furrowing our brows like Mark Benford all the way to March, because that's when ABC's serialized drama Flash Forward is returning.  With three months to wait, the fans are devastated at this incredibly long hiatus.  But really, it's for the best, according to series creator David S. Goyer.

Talking to Jeff Jensen of Entertainment Weekly, Goyer divulged the original plans he had for the series and why they changed.  The second half of Flash Forward's first season was initially set for January, but the schedule was just so frustrating that they had it moved.

Ratings: Fringe Improves, FlashForward Takes a Tumble E-mail
Friday, 04 December 2009 11:57

Fringe pulled in its highest ratings since the season premiere, according to early Nielsen estimates.

The supernatural Fox procedural pulled in 6.9 million viewers and climbed in the adults 18-to-49-demo. Its lead-in, Bones (9.9 million viewers) was also way up compared to the last several weeks.

Conversely, FlashForward's final episode before a just-announced long hiatus slipped 8 percent in the demo to a new series low and pulled in 7.3 million viewers. ABC rebounded, however, with a two-hour Private Practice, which averaged 9.5 million viewers and helped ABC tie with CBS to win the night.

CBS was led by...

It's another international destination for the Flash Forward group tonight on the series, as the detectives travel to Hong Kong to investigate.  They already know the date of Demetri's (John Cho) death and where the mysterious call came from, now they're preparing to dive into the details.  Will this actually prevent the agent's death, or worsen the situation and lead them closer towards it?

On "A561984", Mark (Joseph Fiennes) and his partner go against the orders of Agent Wedeck (Courtney B. Vance) and head to the East.  Searching for the woman who called Demetri won't be easy, and things get tougher when a new character is introduced.
