The Science Fiction fandom has been abuzz since ABC announced that
James Callis had been cast in a pivotal role on FlashForward. Callis’s
performance as Gaius Baltar on Battlestar Galactica was legendary,
Baltar was multi-faceted – playboy, scoundrel, traitor, religious
leader, and surprisingly, hero – and much to Callis’s credit, every
angle of Gaius was believable as individual shades of one morally
complex individual. Following up a character like Balater wouldn’t be
easy, but from what I learned today Callis may have found a part on
FlashForward that makes for a suitable encore.

FlashForward has been gone so long that I've forgotten some of the
major threads left hanging at the end of the last episode. In fact, I
didn't remember Lloyd Simcoe getting kidnapped until a friend of mine
reminded me of it. But I'll definitely be brushing up on my
memory before FlashForward returns on March 18th with a two-parter
episode. Then, after that, we'll be treated to the episode "Blowback,"
which apparently will shift the focus to Mark's friend Aaron Stark and
his daughter Tracy. We'll also see the Somalian boy who witnessed a
prototype blackout in 1993, only this time he'll be all grown up -
recognizable only by the scar on his face. He'll be portrayed by guest
star Michael Ealy. Read More

If you actually watch FlashForward and went "huh?" when reading the
title of this post, you're not alone. Back when FlashForward debuted
with it's pilot episode there was an FBI agent who some of you might
have noticed sounded an awful lot like Brian, the dog from the Family
Guy. Even fewer of you might have recognized MacFarlane in his cameo
role during the pilot episode. Well, according to MacFarlane himself,
he'll be returning to FlashForward before the end of the season. So
has the Family Guy creator, and creator of other hits such as The
Cleveland Show and American Dad given up on his creator status and
decided to follow an acting bug? "I didn't set out to do that,"
MacFarlane said. "It's something that popped up. My friend Brannon
Braga is one of the co-creators, and he called me and asked if I wanted
to do it, and I said, 'Sure, sounds fun. I loved the pilot script, and
it's going to be a great show, so I'm happy to be involved.'"Read More

Well-known rapper and record producer Timbaland -- also known as Tim
Mosley (to the IRS and to his mom) -- is making his prime time TV debut. Though
the prolific artist has had his music showcased on several series --
including "The Wire," "Gilmore Girls," "Entourage" and "So You Think
You Can Dance" -- he hasn't done much acting. But that could be
changing as reliable sources tell me Timbaland will cameo in the second
"FlashForward" episode to air this year.
Word is, the cameo is very quick. Like Seth MacFarlane quick. But you will see Timbaland... if you're watching out for him. So what do you think? Should Timbaland try his hand at a new career?
"FlashForward" returns Thursday, Mar. 18th at 8 p.m. on ABC. Source Here |

With days away until the return of Flash Forward (March 18, everyone!), we're still going to need all the TV sustenance we can get. Luckily the Internet has been helpful with the videos and the details of what's to come in March. That's not to mention the spoilers posted and the speculations fans have, and even the series' creators own words.
Flash Forward certainly has a giant pot of clues to go on, and not all of them can be seen on Mark Benford's corkboard. He may be doing his own investigation, but that doesn't stop us from working on the evidence and scouring the web for more hints.
Spoilers below!

On March 18, FlashForward returns to ABC. As one of the
drama's stars, Courtney B. Vance knows exactly what viewers who tune in
on that date are seeking. The man that plays Stan Wedeck told TV Guide
Magazine:
They want some show me something'' and they're going to see it." Does that mean aspects of the future visions will start coming true?
''The
writers have kind of carte blanche based on the situation having the
flashforwards and us not knowing too much about our lives at this
point," he said. "They can go wherever they want to go... but we're
dovetailing toward [April 29]. People want to know what's going to
happen." Read More

Sci-fi dramas like ABC's FlashForward may have a tough time attracting
new viewers when it returns with originals on March 18: The freshman
drama lost 43 percent of its viewers last fall while the network's V
was down 35 percent over four airings (it also doesn't help that
FlashForward is on its third show runner now that co-creator/executive
producer David Goyer has decided to leave the show to focus on his film
career). So it's hardly surprising that none of the Big Four nets have
a sci-fi show in development for the 2010-11 season (ABC's superheroes
pilot No Ordinary Family starring The Shield's Michael Chiklis comes
close). Read More

Battlestar Galactica's Gaius Baltar is FlashForwarding to ABC to make some trouble. English actor James Callis, who played the conflicted Baltar on Syfy's Battlestar, has been cast in a major role on FlashForward for several episodes at the end of the season.
