Mark your calendar for April 29, 2010. No, it’s not when FlashForward premieres (September 24), it’s the ominous date hanging over the show’s characters. Everyone in the world collectively blacks out and has a vision of the near future—April 29—and what they see is cause for concern. Does free will exist, or is man a slave to fate? If you saw the future, could you change the outcome? These are the questions FlashForward will examine when it premieres in fall. A suspense/mystery along the lines of Lost, FlashForward should be an interesting show, with a climax that is date certain.
